This is a wonderful idea started by 2 nutritionists. They organize trips to take city folk into the country to various organic farms most weekends throughout the summer. The idea is to connect people to their food. It is a great opportunity to see who is growing our food and how they are growing it. It is also a chance to open a dialogue between the producer and consumer. I think we should all be a little more connected to our food.

I am doing my first this weekend, I will post how it went when I return. So excited!
